Best guide on SWTOR

Star Wars: The Old Republic is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) taking place in the Star Wars world. Created by BioWare Austin and a supplemental team at BioWare Edmonton, the game was disclosed on October 21, 2008. The PC game was published for the MS Windows operating system on December 20, 2011 in North America and part of Europe. Early access to the game was granted one week before release, on December 13, 2011, for those who had pre-ordered the game online; access opened in “waves” based on pre-order date.

Here are some SWTOR advices: Don’t level only through Heroics, Flashpoints or PvP. Level Sync is something great, but it is designed for the more experienced players, those who have already played through most of the content years ago. Out of these 3 I just mentioned the PvP model of leveling is fun, but it is included as a “Don’t”, because if your goal is to level, you will get nowhere near a completion relying just on PvP. It’s so much fun playing the lowbies and midbies, though. I strongly recommend you to not completely avoid PvP at low levels, but also don’t join Warzones before you reach a reasonable level. Entering the battlefield at lvl 12 is no fun. You lack many of the abilities of your class still.

One of the most effective yet easiest methods to generate a significant quantity of credits without having to spend too much of time in research and preparations is to farm Heroic Missions. It can be done even at a low level, however can make a little money from each quest, of course. At level cap you are also rewarded with Command Experience Points (CXP) by each mission. This is like a side-bonus to the main goal here – earning quick money. You can even accelerate the process by teaming up with a couple of friends. You can choose the Heroics from the Activities Window, that presently is the quickest way to get the missions. These missions are all sharable, thus if you’ve brought a few friends along, they don’t have to choose the same missions again. One of the latest additions to the game is the capability of quickly traveling to your Mission Destination, of which you should take full advantage!

For instance, you can do the Coruscant heroics in around 10 minutes and if you also do the bonuses, you get around 250k. After that, if you’re a stealther, you can finish them in less than 5 minutes, skipping the trash mobs in other days. Balmorra heroics give around 450k if you do all the bonuses (I usually skip Industrial Sabotage, because it’s slow). A complete Ossus run (weekly, weekly heroics, daily patrol) can give you around 400k. Also, if you have enough copies of a certain random drop decoration, you can sell them for 25k a piece. Oricon has a fair number of bonuses and can get you 250k, but I don’t recommend it to non-stealthers, Black Hole, Czerka, Ziost weeklies take less than 10 minutes etc. Ord Mantell is good once a week if you’re a smuggler or a trooper, as you can do all 3 quests and the bonus in 5 minutes.
